Training for Facility Management Services
We provide classroom and practical training to our facility personnel to give them necessary skill to take on their daily task with increased efficiency and productivity. It includes understanding of various chemicals used in cleaning, their usage, quantity and careful handling. Training about latest equipment usage, safe handling and maintenance is also covered. Frequency of cleaning, time keeping and optimum usage of available manpower are part of training.
How it works?
Our trained and experienced housekeeping staff will be deputed to your premises on a monthly contract basis to ensure that entire property is clean at all times. We shall take care of statutory and other compliance issue and providing you a reliever in case the staff remains absent, thereby relieving you completely of daily hassle of dealing with compliance, absenteeism and unprofessional behavior of your housekeeping staff.
What is included?
Following is included in our housekeeping service:
- Dusting of furniture and appliances
- Wiping with wet cloth applying required chemicals
- Removal of Cobwebs
- Sweeping and mopping of floor
- Disinfecting toilets and pantries
- Vacuuming of sofas, carpets, curtains, cushions, etc.
- Cleaning and scrubbing of toilets at fixed interval or as required
- Any other work as per the site requirement.
- Sanitization of common touch points keeping mind of Covid Safety.
Equipment and cleaning material are to provided by the client. Alternatively, we can provide the equipment and cleaning material by quoting for it separately.
